We’re based in Festus, Missouri, and we serve the entire Greater St. Louis Metro area — including St. Louis City and County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, South County, Arnold, Crystal City, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events more than 25 miles from Festus.


We specialize in weddings and corporate events, but we also do birthday parties, fundraisers, galas, graduation parties, and other celebrations. If you’re wondering if your event qualifies, just reach out.


Yes. The Wild Rumble carries general liability insurance. Documentation can be provided to venues upon request.


We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for peak season dates (May through October). Winter and weekday dates are often available on shorter notice. We always recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and date confirmed.


Absolutely! We work with you to design a setup that matches your wedding aesthetic, color palette, and theme. From florals to velvet drapes to custom metallic frames, we build the experience around your vision.


We typically arrive 1–1.5 hours before the booth is scheduled to open. Setup is handled entirely by our team. Just let your venue coordinator know we’re coming.


Yes, and we love it. We’re experienced working alongside planners, photographers, and venue staff. We can communicate directly with your coordinator for setup and logistics.


We bring backup equipment and our team is trained to handle technical issues fast. In the extremely rare event of a hardware failure we cannot resolve, we will provide a full refund for the affected portion of your booking.


Yes — logo, tagline, brand colors, event name, QR codes, and more. Everything is custom and designed for your brand.


Yes. We can configure the booth to collect guest email addresses for post-event follow-up. This is a popular add-on for marketing teams and conference sponsors.


Most corporate bookings are confirmed within 24–48 hours of receiving your details. We can often accommodate last-minute corporate bookings with 2–3 weeks notice, subject to availability.


Yes. We provide COIs naming your venue and/or company as additionally insured upon request.


Fill out our inquiry form at wildrumble.com/contact or email bookings@wildrumble.com. Tell us your event date, location, and what you’re envisioning. We’ll reply within 24 hours with availability and pricing.


Once we send you a proposal and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract and invoice. A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.


Our base pricing covers events within a 25-mile radius of Festus, MO. Travel fees apply for events beyond that radius. We’ll include any travel fees transparently in your quote.


The 50% retainer is non-refundable as it holds your date exclusively. If you need to reschedule, we will apply your retainer to a new date (subject to availability) up to 60 days before your original event.
